FAQs
If you have a question about a specific service, you’ll find detailed FAQs on each service page. The questions below cover the logistics of working with me: scheduling, payment, insurance, and what to expect when you reach out.
If your question isn’t answered here, reach out through my contact form.

You’re welcome to self-schedule on my HIPAA-compliant calendar right here.

Individual therapy for the unfaithful partner starts with an assessment session where I’ll ask about the affair, your relationship history, and what you’re hoping to get out of the work.
Your first session is about getting a thorough picture of your situation so I can tailor our work to what you need. I’ll be asking a lot of questions. You don’t need to prepare anything in advance.

If you still have questions after reading through the website, send me an email through the contact page and I’ll respond by email within 1-2 business days, but often faster.

No. I am not in-network with any insurance company.

Yes. I provide a Superbill (an itemized receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Whether your plan reimburses depends on your specific out-of-network benefits. I recommend checking with your insurer before our intake appointment.

If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled session, you will not be charged. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice or miss your appointment without cancelling, you will be charged the full session fee.
