Therapy Fees & Payment Policies

Ongoing sessions

• 60-minute sessions: $500 (weekly)

• 90-minute sessions: $750 (weekly or biweekly)

60-minute sessions are weekly to maintain enough continuity for the work. If biweekly cadence fits your schedule better, 90-minute sessions are the format for that.

Intensive therapy

• 3 hours: $2,500 (one day)

• 6 hours: $5,000 (spread over two days)

• 9 hours: $7,500 (spread over three days)

Intensives are a longer-form first phase of treatment for clients who want to start with focused momentum. Therapy with me isn’t an overnight fix, and intensives are no exception. After the intensive, we'll move into weekly or biweekly sessions at standard rates to continue the work you’ve started.

Payment and insurance

I don't bill insurance directly, but I can provide a Superbill (an itemized receipt) you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Whether your plan reimburses, and at what rate, depends on your specific coverage.

If you have employment reasons to want your therapy off the insurance record entirely, private pay keeps it that way.

Payment is processed through HIPAA-compliant Stripe at the time of each session. A card on file is required to schedule, and your card will be charged within 24 hours of your appointment time.
